
The First Step In Getting More Sales
Discovery is the most important step in developing an effective marketing campaign. Many small business marketing firms skip this phase and just use cookie cutter tactics. The problem…one size fits all just isn’t as effective and you won’t maximum your results.
RBS gets to know you because it leads to more profitable results in the end. We use the following proven process to Discover of clients.
Step One – You Contact Us
As simple as this step sounds, history has proven that clients who realize they need to make a change get greater results that those that have to be convinced they should use outside marketing services.
This usually involves an internal evaluation of your sales and marketing processes. If after your internal review process, you are ready to move forward or require additional information to make a decision – Contact Us.
Step Two – First Date
We setup a time to meet (which we loving refer to as our “First Date”) either in person or via teleconference with a company decision maker and/or your company’s internally affected parties. The process is more effective when all affected parties have input in the evaluation process.
Step Three – Client Evaluation
The purpose of the First Date is to get to know your company. But unlike some dates, we don’t talk about ourselves; we shut up and listen to you. Using our Client Evaluation Form, we ask in-depth question to fully get you understand you. Our goals is to answer the following questions in detail?
- Who you are?
- What do you do and how you do it?
- Who is your target market?
- What are your business goals and what are the metrics of success?
- What resources do you have available?
After our date we move on to the Design phase.
